Dance Eisteddfod

Is your child wanting to join our 2025 School Dance Groups that will perform at the Kempsey Dance Eisteddfod on the 3rd July in Port Macquarie?

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS HELD IN PORT MACQUARIE

This is an OPTIONAL EVENT, if your child does not want to partake please mark them as declined on the Event..

If you child would like a place in our Dance Groups and can commit to attending regular lunch time rehearsals commencing Term 2, then a non refundable payment of $20.00 is payable prior to the end of Term 1 (this cost will go towards their costume).

Details..

DATE:	Thursday, 3rd July, 2025
VENUE:	Iona Performing Arts Centre, St Columba Anglican School, Port Macquarie
TRANSPORT:	Transport to and from the Eisteddfod is the responsibility of parents. Parents will also need to stay at the venue for the duration of the Session.
MEET TIME:	Students must meet 1 hour prior to the Session with hair and makeup complete (further details of times will be communicated closer to the date).
COST:	Costume Hire is $20.00 (non refundable)
OTHER:	All students will require dance stockings to perform
DUE:	Consent to regular lunch time rehearsals and payment of $20.00 (non refundable) to secure your child's place is required by Wednesday, 9th April (Week 10 Term 1)
REHEARSALS:	Dance Rehearsals which will commence Term 2 are complusory and will be held during lunchtimes at school. Please discuss this commitment with your child before giving consent and payment.
